Sweet Butter is looking for a nice spot to snuggle up, play, get treats, and repeat!
Butter loves absolutely everyone he meets. He likes to shower them all in sweet little kisses but also takes their cues when he's being a little too lovey-dovey. He primarily gravitates towards people and cats. He gets along with dogs of all sizes. He currently lives on a small farm and is very respectful of the chickens. He shows no signs of a prey drive.
Butter tends to be shy in new scenarios but warms up quickly with a trusted human around. He rarely explores on his own, preferring to stick close to the pack. His foster family has no doubts that he will grow to be a loyal and gentle companion.
Butter will need continued help and patience as he learns house training. He consistently pees outside when taken out and uses puppy pads indoors. He has a great "sit" and is practicing other commands every day. He responds well to "nos" and naturally wants to please his people. Butter behaves well in his kennel, never tearing his bed or puppy pad.
He is up to date on shots and a very healthy, lively little boy. He is microchipped.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
