About me:
Meet Niko! At just a young age, he’s already showing great progress with crate training and routines. He has picked up potty training quickly and is content in his crate. He is working hard every day on his manners. Niko is very smart and eager to learn. He would thrive in a home that continues to guide him with lots of consistency and love.
Niko has a playful, energetic side, but he also loves to relax and be close to his people. With a little training and a lot of cuddles, he is going to grow into an incredible companion!
*AHCR cannot guarantee any breed/possible breed of the dogs in our care or the size they will be full grown. All of our animals are fixed, microchipped, started on age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, and on a flea/tick and heart worm preventative prior to adoption. Please note that all of our animals are in foster homes, and you must have an approved application to meet any of them unless at a scheduled meet and greet event. Please check your city ordinances to ensure you will not exceed the animal limit. To apply to adopt, go to: https://almosthomecaninerescue.com/application/
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
