Charlotte - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in San Francisco, California

Hello, my name is Charlotte! I'm a very sweet 38-pound girl, which makes me the perfect medium-sized package. I'm affectionate, outgoing, and convinced that everyone I meet is my new best friend. People? Love them. Dogs? LOVE them. Fun? Please count me in! I'm definitely the life of the party and my favorite place to be is right in the middle of whatever is happening.

I'm a medium-energy girl who loves walks, playing with my dog friends, soaking up the sunshine, water, naps, and a good chew toy. I'd probably be happiest with another dog in my forever home because I really enjoy canine companionship and other dogs help me feel confident. I'm crate=trained, and making good progress with my house training.

I'm still figuring out a few things, but I'm a quick learner! Despite my hesitation, once my leash is on, I walk nicely, and I settle quickly in the car.. With a little patience and encouragement, I'm ready to blossom. More than anything, I want to be included and I'm ready to bring lots of love, fun, and cuddles to my forever family. I'm a real gem and, if you think I'm "the one," please submit an application! (HD)

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
