Ace Frehley - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Ace Frehley wants to cuddle with you all night, and party every day! Unlike his famous namesake, this Ace isn't looking for stadium lights-just an active family that's ready to be his biggest fan.

Ace recently joined us from the city shelter after previously living with a family who had so many wonderful things to say about him. They described him as a high energy guy with a serious passion for exercise, play, and soaking up every adventure life has to offer. So if you're looking for an adventure buddy, jogging partner, professional toy enthusiast, or certified sniff expert, Ace is already tuned up and ready to go!

True to his Beagle roots, he keeps busy and absolutely loves spending time outdoors. Walks, exploring, tug, running, toys, Ace is probably all in. And when the encore is over? He's happy to kick back, relax, and enjoy some quality snuggle time with his people.

Ace is also reportedly housebroken, crate trained, and already knows a few commands. Like any young rock star, though, he's still polishing his performance and is still working to keep things loose on leash, and learning what are and aren't chew toys. Positive reinforcement training, consistency, and plenty of appropriate outlets for his energy will help him become the superstar he's destined to be!

His previous family also shared that Ace can become stressed when left home alone and may express those feelings by redecorating with items from the trash can, or finding other creative projects around the house. Because of that, he'd thrive with a family that's committed to helping him build confidence, providing enrichment, keeping both his brain and body busy, and working with him at his own pace. And Ace can also have his opinions, so if you appreciate a dog with a little personality-and a little Beagle soundtrack-he'd love to be your built-in best friend!
