Hank - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Hank is an adorable and loving boy looking for a forever home.

Hank was initially rescued from a cat colony where other cats were stealing his food. When he was first brought home, he was hiding under the bed, but within a week, he was purring on his foster parent's lap, gazing adoringly at them!

Hank needs to be an only pet as he does not enjoy the company of other pets, but this big boy will be all you need! He will be your loyal and devoted best friend: purring, rubbing his cheeks against you, and cuddling in bed. Because he forms such a deep bond with his humans, he would thrive in a home where someone is around during the day: a remote or part-time worker, or a retiree.

Hank is wonderful, playful, and so, so special. He just needs a chance: a home with a gentle, patient human or two whom he can trust. Give him space and time, some nice catnip toys for him to bunny-kick, a good window view and an occasional treat, and watch him blossom!
