Wilt - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Larkfield-wikiup, California

Wilt hopped off transport with so much excitement to be at Dogwood! He's been lovingly cared for by the shelter staff and volunteers, but has been there since July, had run out of time and was starting to exhibit quite a bit of stress. Even fabulous pups like Wilt are going unnoticed in the current overpopulation crisis.

Wilt slept quietly in his cozy crate all night and immediately outside to potty. He's an exuberant boy who doesn't know much, but clearly wants to learn and responds fabulously to good leadership. He's a very social boy and will thrive in an active home that will continue to provide him boundaries.

Wilt is a Central Valley Heinz 57 mix, maybe some German Shepherd, Lab, Pitty and who knows what else. Whatever he is, he's a gorgeous, social, 11 month old weighing just under 50 pounds. He's likely close to full grown.
