Augie - Labradoodle Dog for Adoption in Larkfield-wikiup, California

Baby Augie and sister, Bijou, are thriving. Five weeks ago, Dogwood welcomed Mama Wendy and her 7 month old daughter, Darla. The next day, in our care, she delivered her two beautiful pups.

The original history of mama Wendy is vague. She came from a remote desert junkyard where she had delivered litter after litter in the blistering heat, but whether she was dumped there or born there, was uncertain.

Mama Wendy is doing a great job with her pups and allows them to be handled, so they are getting that critical early human touch that will help them bond and feel safe with humans for the rest of their lives.

Mama Wendy appears to be a Labradoodle type weighing around 60-70 pounds and we expect her pups to be in that range at maturity as well. They will likely develop mama's adorable scruff as they grow. The pups will be available at 8 weeks of age, but we're accepting applications now.
