Homer is wonderfully socialized and gets along great with other dogs, children, and cats. He enjoys being around people and animals, but he approaches new situations thoughtfully. His foster mom describes him as extremely shy at first. He would much rather sit safely on your lap or stay tucked behind your legs while he observes the world around him. Once he understands that everything is okay, his sweet personality begins to shine.
