Some dogs come with one name that fits them. Some dogs come with multiple names. Susannah, a young mixed breed (theres some Australian shepherd in the mix but the rest is a mystery), is one of those dogs of many names. Often it's just Susannah. Sometimes Susannah Banana. At lazier times its Snoozin' Sarandon. Just think of all the additional nickname opportunities Susannah will present to her future forever home!
Some of Susannah's current favorite activities are daily walks with her foster family, chasing local chipmunks and squirrels that dare venture into the yard, playing with other dogs and with children, and giving a seemingly endless supply of hugs and kisses to humans she has decided are hers. She's a lover when she's not too busy running around! Affectionate, energetic, active, and occasionally sleepy are just a few words used to lovingly describe her.
Susannah gets along fabulously with children and with other dogs. Another (older) dog in the household would be great for her to learn from and play with but is not a requirement. Susannah is doing very well with potty training. She knows to go outside but hasn't quite figured out that she should always signal to let her people know it's time. She sleeps in a crate at night and does very well with that, only asking to go outside once a night at this point.
