Toby FKA Pongo - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Groveland, Massachusetts

Toby is a happy, affectionate, 63-pound "low rider" with big dog muscles and classic corgi personality. He loves sleeping in, waking up with a wagging tail, and starting every day with plenty of belly rubs. He adores snuggling with his people, riding in the car, exploring beaches and trails, and relaxing on the couch or at the foot of the bed.

Toby is always up for an adventure and simply wants to be with his family. He's incredibly strong and doesn't realize his own size, so he'd do best with older children and an active family. He can get very excited when meeting new people, but it's all because he loves everyone.

DNA testing showed Toby is about 55% Pembroke Welsh Corgi and 45% terrier mix, which explains his strength and sturdy build. He has a strong prey drive, so a home without cats is recommended.

Ideal Home: An active family with older kids, a fenced yard, and plenty of time for adventures and cuddles. Another dog would be a bonus, but not required. Toby is deeply loyal, full of love, and ready to be someone's best friend.
