Meet Stardust!
Some kittens are destined to shine—and Stardust certainly lives up to her name.
Born on a farm in rural Mississippi among a large colony of free-roaming cats, Stardust's life could have taken a very different path. Instead, this resilient little black kitten got her chance at a brighter future, and now she's ready to find a family of her very own.
Stardust is confident, curious, and always looking for her next adventure. If there's a cat tree nearby, you'll find her perched at the very top, happily surveying everything below like the queen of her little galaxy. She has a playful spirit, an adventurous streak, and an impressive purr motor that kicks into gear the moment you give her attention.
More than anything, Stardust loves other cats. She truly thrives with feline companionship and would love to be adopted with one of her siblings Moobeam, Aurora, or Orion, or into a home with a playful resident cat to keep her company.
She hasn't met dogs or young children yet, but her outgoing, adaptable personality suggests she'll settle in beautifully with a patient introduction.
If you're looking for a kitten who's equal parts explorer, cuddle bug, and tiny panther, Stardust is ready to light up your world.
Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only.
All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
