Meet Duffy

Duffy is a big, affectionate guy who loves his people and being part of everyday life. He's happiest getting pets, relaxing nearby, and snuggling up with his favorite humans.

Duffy also loves the outdoors! He enjoys walks, running and exploring in the woods, and spending time in a fenced yard watching for rabbits and squirrels. He is leash-trained and loves adventures—and he'd choose a walk over a treat any day!

Duffy is fully house trained and can be left alone without being destructive. He does not do well being crated and prefers to have the freedom to roam in the home.

He generally gets along with other dogs and has enjoyed a puppy play group for years, but we believe he would thrive as the only pet in his home.

Duffy has been diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy after experiencing three seizures over the past year. He has been evaluated by a veterinary neurologist, and his doctors do not currently feel medication is necessary based on the frequency and presentation of his seizures.

He also has a history of GI issues that have been well controlled for years with his current diet.

Duffy is a loving, loyal guy looking for a home where he can be cherished, included, and enjoy plenty of walks, outdoor time, and snuggles.
