Simon - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Meet Simon! This adorable 3-month-old is a happy, energetic little guy with a whole lot of personality packed into one puppy body. He's loving, playful, cuddly, and just the right amount of goofy.

Simon absolutely loves people, especially kids. He currently lives with two 10-year-old children and has done wonderfully with them. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up, he becomes your shadow. Personal space isn't really part of Simon's vocabulary, he'll happily follow you around the house and, if you sit on the couch, he'll probably decide your lap is the perfect place for a nap. He loves kisses and cuddles and will happily lick you to death if you let him!

Simon also loves other dogs. He currently lives with a 9-year-old Dachshund and a 2-year-old Toy Poodle and is very friendly with both. In fact, he'd happily play with them 24/7 if they were willing! He has shown no concerning behaviors with the dogs in his foster home.

This boy is full of puppy energy and LOVES toys. He has made it his personal mission to remove every single toy from the toy bin, and if you dare to put them away, he'll promptly take them all back out again. His current favorite is a stuffed giraffe. He also loves his fenced-in backyard, where he gets the zoomies several times a day and runs happy circles around the yard.

Simon is making great progress with his crate training. He may cry or whine when first placed in his kennel, but he eventually settles down and will rest or take a nap. He's learning that the kennel is where he goes when it's time to relax, and he will sometimes choose to sleep in it on his own. He also enjoys sleeping in a dog bed. He knows "sit" and "down," and his foster family is continuing to work on leash training. He's not a huge fan of the leash just yet, but he's still a puppy and has plenty of time to learn.

One of his funniest traits is the way he walks. He practically stomps his feet like his paws are oversized shoes that he hasn't quite figured out how to wear yet. And when he naps on the couch with you, he wants to be ON you, stretched out as far as possible, somehow taking up most of the couch despite being such a little guy.

Simon is looking for a home ready for all the fun and cuddles!
