Meet Mickie!

Mickie is a sweet, gentle boy who is still learning what it means to be a puppy. He can be a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he warms up, and his sweet personality starts to shine. Having another confident, playful dog in the home may help him build his confidence, although he has been doing well adjusting without his buddy, Archie.

Mickie isn't quite sure what to think of toys yet. Right now, he'd much rather run around and chase Archie than play with a toy, but we think that will come with time as he settles in and discovers all the fun puppy things he can do.

Potty training is still a work in progress, but he is learning! He likes to do his business and head right back inside, and he'll even peek through the window to let you know he's finished. With consistency, patience, and a routine, we expect him to continue making great progress.

Mickie has the sweetest light brown eyes that perfectly match his beautiful light brown coat. He's a puppy who just needs a little time, patience, and encouragement to feel comfortable and confident in his new home.
