Meet Queso! This spunky little chihuahua pup is approximately 4 months old, a whopping 6 pounds, and just starting to learn some of the things a puppy needs to know to succeed in life. After being surrendered with her sister Lechera, Queso is ready to find her forever home!

Queso has mastered the art of leash walking and loves to parade about town getting and giving love to the new friends she meets. She's making great strides with crate and potty training, and just needs patience as she learns how to be the best companion she can be.

At home, when she's not chewing on her favorite toys, she is trying together her furry foster sisters to wrestle or chase. She'd be thrilled to share a home with another dog, but could be happy as your one-and-only. Despite her uncertain beginnings, Queso has never met a stranger and is a friend to all.
