Meet Choco!
Choco is a brown bundle of unbridled love who is quickly learning the joys of being a valued family member. This boy loves to take leisurely walks in the neighborhood and easy trails, sniffing, exploring, and meeting new friends along the way.

He is house- and crate-trained, rides well in the car, and takes treats gently. Choco is also learning basic commands such as "sit" and "stay," as well as how to greet new friends politely.

Choco will thrive in a medium-energy home where he can enjoy relaxed walks and companionship as well and improve his leash skills and overall good manners. He likes other dogs and is learning how to calmly interact with his foster brothers and new acquaintances.

Most of all, Choco loves to be around his people and is blossoming in loving attention, head scratches, belly rubs, hugs, and kisses. With his outgoing, happy personality and easygoing "stop to smell the roses" style, this boy is a joy to be around and is ready to bring laughter, fun and plenty of tail ways to his loving, forever family.

Choco is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations and microchipped. He is currently undergoing heartworm treatment which requires restricted activity level until the treatment is completed. He will need to have regular proactive skin and ear care.

Physical
Choco is a gorgeous brown, compact boy with expressive brown eyes that instantly melt your heart. Due to a previous skin condition, the fur around his lower back is growing back, interspersed with patches of scar tissue.
