KATE - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Cranston, Rhode Island

Meet Kate, a stunning 1 year old, Pointer/Border Collie looking mix with the kind of face that makes you immediately say, "Oh no. I think I love her!" She is the perfect medium sized adventure buddy with a sweet, social personality that is always up for anything. Kate has quickly discovered that leash walks are actually the best invention ever, and she happily heads out to explore with her people like she's been waiting her whole life for someone to show her the world.
Kate keeps a clean kennel, gets along well with other dogs, and doesn't seem too bothered by cats. Basically, she's been quietly checking all the good girl boxes while hoping someone notices. She greets people right at the front of her kennel, ready for attention, fun, and a chance to prove what a wonderful family dog she can be. With her beautiful looks, gentle heart, and eager to learn personality, Kate is SO ready for the next chapter. One with soft beds, kind people, and plenty of good girl moments.

ADOPTION INFORMATION

HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING:
- Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Tuesday 2-6pm, Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

- We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord.
- We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets.

Helpful reminders:
*We do not do same day adoptions.
*Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in.
*We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
