Peach Lemonade - Mixed Breed and Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Austin, Texas

Peach Lemonade (aka Peachy, Peaches, & Peach) is such a sweet pup! I was a bit nervous bringing her home with such young kids, but she's been an absolute doll. I can guarantee she is used to having a family. She loves to snuggle, turns over for belly rubs, and always comes to check on the littles if they cry. She walks well enough on a leash that even my 6yo can walk her comfortably. And she's already got some basic skills like sitting on command and entering her crate willingly.She has enough energy to run around and play chase with the kiddos but she burns out pretty quick and then will then spend the rest of the afternoon roaming or loafing about the house. I was afraid she'd be totally bonkers being so young, but she's perfectly Goldilocks, I think. She LOVES water and let us bathe her easily the very first day after taking a roll in a street puddle. She doesn't have accidents, per say, but could use a little work figuring out when the right time to actually go is. I think she'll catch on soon though.She will be an excellent addition to any family or a sweet companion for a household of one.
