Chanel (Coco) - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Athens, Georgia

Why choose me?

Chanel (whose real name is Coco) is a wonderful friend. She gives you her full attention and wants to be by your side. She also likes to please and is always happy to sit and lie down for treats. Her former owner said Coco is a loving, big baby who's house trained, crate trained, and playful with other dogs and kids of all ages. Sadly, Coco has heartworms, so she's only available to rescue, foster, or foster to adopt. The shelter provides the heartworm treatment, and once treated, she can be adopted. If you're looking for a loving best friend, sweet Coco is ready to meet you!

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
