DESCRIPTION
Meet Pickle!
Pickle is a 4-year-old Miniature Schnauzer who is still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. This sweet girl is a work in progress and will need a patient, understanding home that allows her the time and space to build confidence at her own pace.
Pickle would do best in an adults-only home with another confident, friendly dog. She's recently started warming up to her foster sibling and seems to find comfort in having a canine companion around. In fact, she might just need an emotional support dog to help show her that life can be pretty wonderful!
She's doing GREAT with potty training and has been taking herself outside to potty whenever the patio door is open. Meals can be hit or miss, and she can be selectively protective of her food, so she'll need a home that understands her boundaries and provides a safe, separate space during mealtimes.
Pickle isn't going to be the dog who runs up to everyone and instantly makes herself at home. She's looking for someone who understands that trust takes time and that sometimes the most rewarding friendships are the ones you have to earn.
Could you be the safe place this little girl has been waiting for?
