Meet Bonjour - The Little Gentleman with a Big "Hello!"
Don't let the name fool you-Bonjour doesn't just say hello...he throws his whole body into it! This adorable 7-year-old Mini Poodle mix weighs just 14.4 pounds, but he's got enough energy, charm, and enthusiasm to convince everyone he's still a youngster.
At 7 years old, Bonjour clearly didn't get the memo that he's supposed to be "slowing down." He bounces through life with a happy heart, a wagging tail, and the confidence of a dog who believes every person he meets has been waiting all day just to pet him.
His favorite things include:
People? LOVE them.
Attention? The more, the better!
Being told he's handsome? He already knows...but keep telling him anyway.
Bonjour does good with other dogs and probably would do best with another one in the house as he does have some anxiety when left alone. He is a friendly little guy who's happy to make new pals. Whether he's following you from room to room, supervising your daily chores, or soaking up belly rubs like they're his full-time job, he's happiest when he's with his people.
He also seems to be somewhat potty trained, giving his future family a great head start as he settles into his new home.
We don't know much about Bonjour's life before he came to us from another shelter, but one thing is crystal clear: he's not interested in looking backward. He's far too busy living in the moment, making friends, and searching for the perfect lap to claim as his own.
If you're looking for a cheerful companion who will greet every day-and every visitor-with excitement, keep you smiling with his happy-go-lucky personality, and remind you that age is just a number, Bonjour is ready to say "Bonjour!" to his forever family.
Fair warning: adopting Bonjour may result in excessive smiling, constant companionship, and a permanent shadow with four fluffy legs. Honestly, there are much worse problems to have!
Adoption fee is: $350
