Meet Muriel
Some souls are simply impossible not to love, and sweet little Muriel is one of them.
This precious 15-year-old Miniature Poodle weighs just 7.14 pounds, and while she's tiny in size, her heart is absolutely overflowing with love. Muriel came to us from another shelter, so we don't know much about the life she lived before. What we do know is that she deserves a future filled with comfort, kindness, and people who adore her as much as she'll adore them.
Muriel recently underwent surgery to remove an ulcerated mammary tumor and is doing a wonderful job recovering. She's a resilient little lady who takes each day in stride, and now she's looking for a family who will help her continue to heal with patience, gentle care, and plenty of cozy naps.
One look into her sweet eyes and you'll see a dog who still has so much love left to give. She absolutely lights up for attention, happily soaks up every pet she can get, and will never say no to a tasty treat. In fact, she's hoping those treats help her put on a little weight-she could use a few extra pounds to match her big personality!
Muriel isn't asking for much. A soft bed. A warm lap. A full belly. Loving hands to scratch behind her ears. Most of all, someone who will cherish her through her golden years and remind her every single day that she is safe, loved, and finally home.
Senior dogs have a special way of loving with their whole hearts, and Muriel is no exception. If you're ready to open your heart to a gentle little girl who has already overcome so much, Muriel is waiting to spend the rest of her happily ever after by your side.
