Meet Madison!

Madison is a 10 year-old 6lb female Maltese mix, who is the perfect snuggly buddy! Want a lap dog that velcros & enjoys relaxing-she’s your dog! She gets along with kids of all ages. She travels well in the car. We are working on harness/leash training.

She’s almost blind, but she can see shadows. She's also partially deaf, but she responds to her name if called loudly and also snaps of your fingers. She navigates really well once she’s mapped out the place. She will follow you or find you by scent. She also has grade 2 malignant Mammary Carcinoma. Two mammary tumors were removed.

Madison is a hearty eater and sleeps like a baby as long as she sleeps with her human. She is not a fan at all of a kennel. She will sleep in a doggy pack and play-pen if near your bed. She potties outside and will sometimes stand by the back door to alert when she needs to go out. She's had a few accidents in the house, likely more anxiety separation accidents. She LOVES blankets and flops over for belly rubs. She would fit perfectly with another small dog in the home for companionship and also for her human to be home a majority of the time.

She has the cutest little scruffy bark that she does when she’s rubbing along side the couch or floor. The sweetest funniest personality for such a tiny fluff dog.
