This includes our standard adoption fee of $395 plus an additional required $500 tax-deductible donation. Why the additional donation? Dogs with highly desirable traits-such as low-shedding coats and popular breeds-help us fund lifesaving care for dogs who need it most, including nursing moms, imaging and surgeries for dogs with traumatic injuries, and medications for those requiring lifesaving heartworm treatments. Your generosity makes this possible!


Say hello to this darling young lady, Babbage! Let that adorable face fool you, Babbage is sweet as pie and desires nothing more than a loving home to call her own. She will graciously return the love with her calm, loveable personality. Though cautious when meeting new people, she quickly warms up, especially if you offer her belly rubs. She has been great with kids, but will need a bit to warm up to other dogs. A passenger princess, she is great in a car (and on a leash!), and ready to go on any adventure. She is excelling at potty training and will be ready in no time if you keep her on a schedule.

Babbage truly loves being close to her humans and can get a little vocal if you are not around. She's still a young pup at just around a year old and merely wants you to know how much she loves you! At night, she will sleep in her crate, but she will vocalize her desire to be near you. Babbage sleeps best through the night with her humans in close proximity.
