Hi. I'm Shirley.



I'm a Lab mix, born on June 26, and I'm spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Frankly, I feel like I've already accomplished a lot for someone who still thinks random objects on the floor deserve a full investigation.



I'm also expected to be a large dog when I'm fully grown, so please keep in mind that this adorable little puppy situation is temporary. Eventually, there will simply be... more Shirley.

I'm a very sweet girl, but I also have a serious case of main character energy. I like fun. I like people. I like being involved. I like knowing what's going on at all times. If you go into another room without me, I will assume an important meeting is happening and I was somehow left off the invite. So rude



I'm friendly with dogs, cats, and kids, so I'm pretty open to a full house. Honestly, the more people around to admire me, the better.

I've been told I have a “fun personality,” which is rescue code for I will absolutely keep you entertained.

One minute I'm being sweet and cuddly, the next I'm doing something that makes you say, “Shirley, why?”

And the answer is simple:

Because I felt like it.



I am excellent at making people laugh, supervising snacks, inserting myself into situations that have absolutely nothing to do with me.

But I am sweet, lovable, goofy, friendly, and ready to make somebody's house approximately 100% more fun.
