Lucky Joanna came to us as a transfer from ACCT Philadelphia after being surrendered by their previous family due to being too high energy, and chewing.

This shelter is the only open intake shelter serving the entire city, so due to lack of space and demand of dogs in need, this sweet dog was at risk of euthanasia.

Lucky Joanna is a Labrador Retriever who is ready to find her true forever home!

Lucky Joanna is a young dog that will require a family up to the task of providing her the ample physical and mental exercise and training that all dogs require.

All dogs require an adjustment period after adoption to decompress and acclimate to their new home, routine, housemates, and environment. Patience, consistency, and guidance are required to help them successfully transition and become a part of their new family!
