Seltzer is doing wonderfully in his foster home learning all his doggy manners. He is very gentle with his cat-siblings and also enjoys the two ducks that live in the backyard.

Seltzer came to us as a transfer from ACCT after being found as a stray in the city of Philadelphia.
Seltzer is a boxer mix who is ready for his forever home after being saved by our parvo program!
All dogs require an adjustment period after adoption to decompress and acclimate to their new home, routine, housemates, and environment. Patience, consistency, and guidance are required to help them successfully transition and become a part of their new family!
