Bella is currently in Tennessee and is eligible for BFAR’s Foster to Adopt program.

Bella is a female Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull mix born on August 16, 2023. She is 3 years old and weighs approximately 54 pounds.

PERSONALITY: Bella is a happy, affectionate girl with a medium to high energy level. She loves being included in whatever is happening, whether she is playing with her dog friends, exploring outside, or soaking up attention from her people. Bella approaches life with enthusiasm and a wagging tail.

OTHER DOGS: Bella currently lives with several other dogs and loves to play. Her play style is energetic and can be rough, so she would do best with a canine companion who enjoys a similar style of play.

CHILDREN: Bella has done well with a young child.

CATS: Unknown.

LEASH SKILLS: Bella is still working on her leash manners. She will benefit from regular exercise, structure, consistency, and continued training.

BEST FIT: Bella needs an active family that will include her in walks, playtime, and adventures. She would enjoy a home that provides appropriate outlets for her energy while continuing to work on her leash skills and manners.

Bella’s life did not get off to the best start, but she has not allowed her past to define her. She is ready for a foster or forever family that will give her the love, stability, and adventures she has been waiting for.

All of our dogs are up to date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and on preventatives.
