Don't let this handsome face fool you! With looks like this, you think he'd be brimming with confidence, but he's not there just yet. He has spent his entire life in a shelter, so this new fabulous life is a lot to take in! Within just a week, he has been introduced to toys, a plush bed, and his much loved DIBS blanket. Foster mom saved a spare one from Billy's sister (Zoe) and it is instantly Billy's favourite thing.

He will be happiest with a canine mentor in the home to show him the ropes and continue to build confidence. And, that pup should be keen on play, and Billy is the best at getting his canine foster siblings to play. He did pass his cat test in Mexico.
