Mocha is a two-year-old brown Labrador Retriever/Dachshund mix with a rich, gleaming chocolate coat and a pair of amber eyes so warm and striking they stop you in your tracks. She arrived at Cobb Animal Services on May 30th and has been turning heads ever since. She is beautiful in the most genuine sense of the word - the kind of dog whose coloring and expression make people stop mid-stride just to look at her a little longer.

Mocha knows sit and stay and walks beautifully on a leash - a wonderfully well mannered young dog who is as easy to be around as she is to look at. She has been described as sweet and pretty, and anyone who has spent five minutes with her will tell you that both of those things are an understatement. At 43 lbs she is a solid, athletic girl with a smooth, sleek coat and a presence that is quietly commanding.

This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
