Labrador Retriever and Shepherd Dogs Available for Adoption in Austin, Texas

Kelly was an unwanted puppy that was surrendered to a shelter in rural south Texas. She was going to be euthanized because the shelter was full. One of our fosters agreed to help her just in time, so her life was saved. Kelly has been in our care for a month while she completed her veterinary care. Now, Kelly is ready to find a great family.

Kelly isn’t a high energy puppy, and she doesn’t have a dominant personality. She learns quickly and likes to play with other dogs.
She is doing very well with house training and is learning how to use the doggie door. Kelly has done great with children as young as 6, and she is also cat friendly.

Kelly is 4 months old and weighs 17 pounds. We think she is a Shepherd and Lab mix, and will be about 50 pounds full grown. She is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. She is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
