Labrador Retriever and Pug Dogs Available for Adoption in Willingboro, New Jersey

Hi! My name is Lilly and me and my sister Tilly are both looking for forever homes, not necessarily together although we do well together if you are looking for two. We ended up with a rescue that found itself being shut down so contacted another small rescue about taking us in. We were placed in a dog prison program called "New Leash on Life" and had been there for quite some time when we were told we needed to move on to make room for some other dogs. A volunteer approached BCAA about helping us find homes and they said yes! We were both pretty confused and shy when we first came to our new foster home but our foster parents gave us a little time and lots of TLC and now we are both starting to learn that we are still safe and really enjoy getting attention. We appear to be lab mixes that are on the smaller size and my foster mom says my face looks like I might have a little pug in there, too. We are about 2 years old and I appear to have gotten the most food as I'm just a tad overweight at almost 38lbs, but my foster mom says not to worry and that with a little bit of exercise and some smaller meals I will get my girlish figure back in no time (my sister Tilly is just under 35lbs and is a good weight so I don't have too far to go). I have gotten along with the other dogs I have met and don't bother those things called cats at all. I have done really well in my kennel which I share with Tilly without any accidents, no barking and no tearing up of any bedding, and we don't have any issues eating side-by-side. I'm pretty good on a leash and enjoy going for walks which will help me shed a couple of those pounds.
