DESCRIPTION
Hi! My name is Tali and I am looking for a forever home. I was surrendered to a small rescue after my owners were unable to care for me. A volunteer with that rescue reached out to BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes! I appear to be a dapple-colored wire-haired terrier and at about a year old, I shouldn't get much bigger than my current weight of 15.40lbs. I'm a little shy when I first meet new people but my foster mom says I'm really worth the little bit of time and TLC as she says I'm cute as a button and just as sweet. I have gotten along with all of the other small/medium sized dogs I have met and haven't bothered those things called cats. I enjoy my food and take treats gently. I have done really well in my crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of any bedding (I do like to make a "nest" of my bed), but I would really prefer to be out with you. I'm learning about a leash and doing better once I have learned to trust you, but it would be recommended that I have a fenced yard in order to explore and take care of my business. If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org.
