Hubert is a handsome 63-pound Labradoodle with the sort of easygoing charm that makes you want to keep him around. At 5 years old, he's sweet, social, and already knows how to make the everyday stuff look effortless.

Hubert came into rescue with his buddy, Howard, and the two have clearly spent plenty of time together. But Hubert is ready to be known for more than his family connection. He's a friendly, affectionate gentleman with a personality all his own.

He's also a terrific walking companion and a champion car rider. Hubert understands that a good walk is meant to be enjoyed rather than turned into an endurance sport, and when it's time to hit the road, he's happy to settle in and go wherever the adventure leads.

His name may be Hubert, but we're tempted to call him “Hubie.” It just sounds like the nickname for the guy who shows up, makes himself comfortable, and somehow ends up being everyone's favorite.

Hubert is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and tested negative for heartworm on his 4DX test. He's ready for a family who appreciates a big, handsome dog with a gentle nature, good manners, and excellent road-trip potential.
