Luna is an extraordinary girl with a heart as big as the moon she was named after. She is a gentle soul, having endured a difficult past, but she remains curious and dignified, always sniffing out new adventures. Luna is a smart and affectionate companion, loyal and protective of her home. She can be independent but craves a special person to share her life with, offering unconditional love. Luna enjoys the simple pleasures in life: patrolling the neighborhood on walks, playing with her ball, loves to play catch, and snuggling up on the couch for movie nights. She is a quiet and easy-going girl but will alert bark .
She thrives in a calm and routine environment. Luna is also good with other dogs although may get a bit snarky with puppies in her face. In her foster home, Luna has shown herself to be a well-behaved and loving companion. She understands basic commands and is responsive to her name. While she may be nervous around new people at first, she will lunge & bark but always willing to give them a chance with several and slow introductions. Her foster describes her as "quiet, sweet, and easy," always aiming to please those around her. Luna's dream home is one where she will receive walks, and tasty treats! She needs a safe and stable environment.
