Meet Simeon! He was brought to an Alabama kill shelter after police were notified that someone was seen leaving a crate on the side of a road with him in it. There was food and water, so who knows what life circumstances led to this heartbreaking choice to do this.

Simeon had a cut that was stitched up. He is heartworm negative and fully vaccinated. He's a 3 year old, 18 pound, neutered male Jack Russell Terrier mix. Dog friendly!

Despite his injury, Simeon wanted to be everyone's friend in the waiting room -both 2-legged and 4-legged! Simeon needs another chance in a loving home where he'll never be abandoned again. Could you give Simeon a soft place to land until his forever home is found?
