Max came to rescue as an owner surrender after a change in the home led to him being attacked by another dog. Because of that, he can be a bit cautious in new situations—but with a little patience and kindness, he warms up and bonds closely with his people.

Our adoption fee reflects the comprehensive veterinary care each dog receives prior to placement, including spay/neuter, vaccinations, testing, and preventatives.

All current pets must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention.
