This little lady is Pearl, and before anyone says it—YES, we know.

She may currently be in her face only a rescue director could love era, but give this girl a minute. We have seen enough scraggly little puppies turn into gorgeous dogs to know better than to judge the packaging.

Pearl is a Jack Russell Terrier mix who came to us with her five siblings after their mama disappeared. Shes sweet, curious, playful and has plenty of puppy personality packed into that little body.

Shes looking for someone who understands that puppies dont arrive knowing the rules. They need patience, training, consistency and a human willing to laugh when things inevitably go sideways.

Pearl promises to provide the entertainment.

And one day when shes absolutely adorable, well all deny we ever called her ugly.
