DESCRIPTION
Meet Kimchi!
Kimchi is a stunning, snowy-white Husky mix with a heart of gold. If you think you are seeing double, you aren't! Kimchi has a lookalike best friend at the shelter named Boba. While they arrived at the shelter at completely different times, fate brought them together in the same kennel, and they have been inseparable ever since.
Kimchi is the more introverted and timid of the duo. The shelter noises can be a bit overwhelming for him, and he prefers to take his time getting to know new human friends. However, his entire world changes when Boba is by his side. Boba gives Kimchi the confidence he needs to step out of his shell and realize the world isn't so scary. Once Kimchi knows he is safe, his gentle, sweet nature shines through. He loves quiet head scratches and will lean right into you for comfort.
Because Boba acts as Kimchi's emotional support bestie, these two doppelgangers are looking for a home where they can be adopted together. If you have room in your heart for a gentle soul who just needs a little patience and his best friend to guide the way, Kimchi is waiting for you!
ABOUT: HUSKY DOG BREED
The husky breed is renowned for its striking appearance, characterized by piercing eyes and a thick double coat. These medium sized, energetic dogs are known for their friendly and outgoing personalities, making them wonderful companions for active families. Originally bred for sledding and endurance in cold climates, huskies are intelligent and independent, often displaying a strong prey drive. Proper training and regular exercise are crucial to keep these playful and social animals happy and well adjusted.
The Jindo, a Korean native breed renowned for its loyalty, courage, and intelligence, is highly prized for its unwavering loyalty to its family. This medium sized, spitz type dog has a distinctive double coat that sheds seasonally. Known for their independent nature, Jindos require early socialization and firm, consistent training. With a strong prey drive and territorial instincts, they excel as hunters and watchdogs. Their deep bonds with their owners make them loving companions, albeit not suitable for inexperienced owners.
