Sadie - Australian Cattle Dog Blue Heeler and Cattle Dog Dog for Adoption in San Rafael, California

Sadie is the kind of dog who doesn’t just walk beside you, she partners with you. With her alert ears and incredibly expressive eyes, this three-year-old Australian Cattle Dog spends her days watching her humans, trying to anticipate their next move. If you stand up, she stands up, ready for whatever adventure or task the day might bring. True to her herding roots, her loyalty is absolute, and she takes her job as your ultimate companion very seriously.

Life with Sadie is active, bright, and never boring. She possesses the signature intelligence of her breed, meaning she learns new commands in a heartbeat and thrives when given puzzle toys or a clear routine. Her favorite moments involve open trails, a perfectly thrown tennis ball, and the quiet satisfaction of curling up at her foster family's feet after a long, rewarding day of exercise.

While she has plenty of love to give, Sadie is looking for a home that understands the heart of a working dog.
