Zellie - Husky Dog for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

ZELLIE

Husky
🇺🇸
Chicago, Illinois
July 14th
female, medium, young

DESCRIPTION

This gentle gal is spayed and fully healthy! She is up to date on vaccines. She is also microchipped!

: Housebreaking - Doing well with access to a fenced yard, as she can be fearful on walks

: Crate Training - She is crate trained and seems to feel safe in her crate!

: Leash walking - She is still very fearful outside, so this will need to be worked on over time!

: Dog-friendly - She lives with a resident dog in her foster home and has been doing well in coexisting but has not interacted much while she adjusts to her new environment

: Cat-friendly - Unknown

Kid-friendly - Unknown, but she would likely do best with respectful older kids (12+) given her fearfulness

Zellie is a sweet and sensitive girl who is new to Chicago, and still working very hard to be brave and understand she is safe! She is still very nervous and would love a patient adopter who can give her all the time, space, and treats she needs to help her warm up and decompress on her own timeline. We look forward to seeing her blossom in her perfect forever home!

Zellie's adoption fee is $300, and she is just waiting for her perfect future home!

This pet has not been DNA tested, we are unsure of their actual breed makeup, but these are the breeds we think they look like!
