Hazel - Coonhound and Black Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Chicago, Illinois

This sweet pup is spayed and fully healthy! She is still receiving the core puppy vaccine series and will need one additional vaccine after adoption to reach full immunization. She is also microchipped!

: Housebreaking - Has good house manners but may have an occasional accident while adjusting to a new home.


: Leash walking - Has good leash manners but may occasionally pull or get distracted.


: Dog Social: Enjoys the company of other dogs and has done well with a variety of canine friends.


: Cat Friendly: Has lived with or interacted well with cats and can peacefully share a home with them.


Kid Friendly: Enjoys spending time with children and has demonstrated appropriate behavior around them.

Hazel is a dream puppy! Cuddly, playful, smart - what more could you ask for? As an active and smart kid, Hazel will do best with an adopter who is ready for all the stages that puppyhood and being an adolescent brings.

This pet has not been DNA tested, we are unsure of their actual breed makeup, but these are the breeds we think they look like!

OTAT requires that all dogs 6 months and under be enrolled in a positive reinforcement training program within 2 weeks of their adoption at their adopter's expense. A $150 refundable deposit will be collected at the time of adoption, and refunded upon receipt of proof of enrollment in a positive reinforcement training program.
