Bubby originally arrived as an underweight, three-month old pup and was adopted, but sadly came back through no fault of his own. He is your typical, happy-go-lucky pup who is in need of someone ready for a lifetime commitment. He is SO eager to please and needs a confident person to give him structure that will help him thrive (this means teaching him what is appropriate and not appropriate in terms of behavior, potty training, and socializing with other dogs, people, and experiences). Bubby is in that awkward teen stage of puppyhood: he likes to push your buttons if he can help it but with a firm but gentle hand, he listens with no problem.
Bubby loves other dogs and would love another active dog to play with in his forever home. He has never been around cats but is young enough that with proper introductions, he could learn to live with them.
Bubby's adoption fee is $45, and he asks anyone interested in adopting him to please visit the shelter. Picture ID/proof of current address are required at time of adoption.
