Hi, I'm May, a beautiful 3-year-old calico with a gorgeous patchwork coat and a personality that's as easygoing as they come.

I came to the shelter on May 4, but instead of staying at the shelter, I've been spending my time in a foster home with our supervising veterinarian. It's given everyone the chance to get to know me, and they've learned that I'm a pretty wonderful roommate.

I'm about 10 pounds of laid-back charm. I tend to mind my own business, enjoy doing my own thing, and don't feel the need to be the center of attention. While a house full of energetic kittens might drive some cats crazy, I simply go about my day, completely unbothered. I get along well with other cats and would do just fine sharing my home with a feline friend.

I'm also litterbox trained, so I'm ready to settle right into a new home.

If you're looking for a cat who's independent, easy to live with, and content simply being herself, I just might be the perfect addition to your family.

We welcome walk-in adoptions. Please note that adoptions conclude 30 minutes before closing.
