Well, since her name is Sami, we figured she had to be a hound with a soundtrack. And let us tell you... this girl has us all saying, "You ain't nothin' but a Hound Dog..."

Sami is the total package. She's sweet as can be, incredibly gentle, and absolutely adores people. She's playful with other dogs when the mood strikes, but she's just as happy minding her own business. She's been quiet around other pups so far, but if there's a bunny or squirrel nearby... let's just say her inner Elvis comes out and she can't help but follow that famous hound nose! She's also very food motivated (and with good reason-this little lady is underweight), so we're happily helping her put on some healthy pounds one treat at a time.

At home, Sami is an absolute dream. She's completely housebroken with no accidents, happily chooses to relax in her crate, and settles herself beautifully if she's left alone for a few minutes. She loves to cuddle, is just discovering how much fun toys can be, and greets her favorite people with full-body wiggles that could rival an Elvis dance move. And if you happen to be a stranger?
