Shroom is sweet, outgoing, and absolutely loves being close to his humans. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, going about your day, or simply spending time together, Shroom would love nothing more than to be right by your side. He's also great with other dogs and would make a wonderful addition to the right family.
3 REASONS TO FALL IN LOVE WITH SHROOM:
Affectionate Companion: He loves being close to his people and soaking up attention.
Dog-Friendly: Gets along great with other dogs!
Fun Personality: Sweet, outgoing, and full of charm!
Shroom is still working on his potty training. He'll need a family willing to provide patience, consistency, and positive encouragement as he continues learning.
Shroom is a Charming Pet Rescue Ambassador Dog! His adoption fee is higher than our standard fee, and the additional support helps provide medical care and treatment for other rescue dogs with greater needs. By adopting Shroom, you're also helping another dog get a second chance!
Could Shroom be your new little shadow?
ABOUT: HAVANESE DOG BREED
The Havanese is a charming toy breed known for its lively and affectionate nature. Originating from Cuba, this small dog is characterized by its long, flowing coat, playful personality, and intelligence. Havanese dogs are adaptable to various living environments, making them well suited companions for both city dwellers and suburban families. They thrive on human companionship, excel in obedience training, and are often described as "velcro dogs" for their tendency to stick close to their owners. With a distinctive springy gait and a friendly disposition, the Havanese is an ideal choice for families seeking a loving and loyal canine companion.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
