Meet Lois Lane! This one-year-old scruffy terrier blend weighing in at 28lbs is looking for her Superman-and a cape is optional!

We rescued Lois and her two siblings after their owner planned to surrender them to the county shelter in the RGV. She's social, happy, sweet, and still ALL puppy. Life is wonderful and everyday an adventure! Her current superpowers include spreading joy and believing every moment could become playtime.

Lois is smart and eager to learn, but even superheroes need training! Basic obedience, daily exercise, and consistent guidance will help her turn that happy energy into wonderful manners. "Sit," "stay," and "we don't launch ourselves at people we love" take practice!

She needs someone ready to put in the time, effort, and continued learning that raising a young dog requires. Training doesn't end after a few lessons-it's part of building a great life together.
