Limoncello - Greyhound and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Brunswick, Georgia

Limoncello was transferred in from Glynn County Animal Services. She is a pretty hound with a sweet personality. Limoncello (pronounced lemon-chello) was in a foster home and around other dogs, which is a great start for anyone. The foster had only good things to say about her. Because Limoncello was in foster for a while, there is a good possibility she is partially or completely housetrained. Unfortunately we were not given that information. We are loving this pretty little girl and hope she finds her loving family soon. She definitely deserves it. Come and meet Limoncello 11 to 4 Tuesday through Saturday. She is spayed, microchipped and current on age appropriate vaccines.

The Greyhound is a breed known for its speed and agility, originally bred for hunting and racing. These elegant dogs have a sleek, muscular build, known for their long legs and deep chests. Despite their athletic prowess, they are gentle and good natured, making them excellent family pets. Greyhounds are known for their calm demeanor and low maintenance grooming needs, with a loving and loyal nature that endears them to their owners.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
