Cleo - Great Pyrenees Dog for Adoption in Woolwich, Maine

Cleo is a beautiful Pyrenees mix. She came into rescue from a shelter in AL. She's a typical older puppy with some playful pep in her step. Many people will be attracted to her fluffy coat but we want to make sure that anyone that applies for Cleo is prepared for her needs. As an older puppy, she will need daily play time and exercise- she might do best with another dog in the home to help get some of her energy out. She will need regular grooming with her long coat and, as a pup that's grown up in the shelter/boarding, she'll likely need basic puppy training. She does already know how to walk on leash and take treats gently. At about 50 lbs, she'll likely do best with older, sturdier kids as she still jumps up ab it. She is great with other dogs and loves people so will make a great family pup for a family that has the time and energy for an older puppy. Cleo is currently in AL but we hope to get her to Maine in mid-September.
