Hi! We’re Maybell and Rudy Rock, and we’re looking for a home where we can stay together.

I’m Maybell, the proud mama of the Rock Litter, and this handsome guy beside me is Rudy, my oldest son. We’re a bonded pair, so GPRA is looking for a foster or forever home where we can continue our story together.

We’ve had quite an adventure. Our previous owner left us with an elderly couple while they moved away, but sadly, they never came back for us. The couple did everything they could, but because of their age and medical needs, caring for all of us became too much. That’s when GPRA stepped in to help.

Despite everything that has happened, we are two incredibly sweet dogs. We’re friendly, playful, and enjoy being around people. We’ve done well with children and other dogs, too. We’ve spent most of our lives together and around our dog family, so having each other brings us comfort and security.

We have a medium activity level and enjoy running and playing. We’re still learning about leash walking and some of the other things that come with living life as beloved family dogs, so we’ll need a patient family willing to help us continue learning.

One thing we can tell you—we definitely aren't fans of chickens!

Most importantly, we’re affectionate, friendly dogs who deserve the chance to discover just how wonderful life inside a loving home can be.

We already have each other. Now we just need someone to give us a place to call home.
